We encourage 8th-9th grade athletes to be actively involved in their recruitment. But remember, you must be at least 14 at the time of signing up. By signing up with Signing Day Sports at this time, athletes would be right on schedule. Coaches start paying closer attention around this time. Making your recruiting information public and accessible is key, and the team members at SDS have connections in the industry that can even further boost your visibility. 

Getting recruited can feel like a full-time job and the earlier you get started and start learning what needs to be done, the better off you’ll be. You don’t want to be surprised by the process, and if you’re too late to the game, you run the risk of being left behind.
